Responsibilities

Manage a geographic territory, executing full sales strategy including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention.

Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests; utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Develop new business and expand existing accounts by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and improve efficiency.

Maintain and nurture customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and keeping clients informed about new solutions.

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.

Develop and implement new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales record.

Knowledge of heavy construction equipment or industry preferred; training provided for the right candidate.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Technical aptitude to adapt and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services.

Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented.

Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
