Major Goals and Responsibilities
Actively seek out and engage customers and prospects while sourcing new sales opportunities to close sales and achieve quotas.
Increase income and revenue by managing clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and maintaining the integrity and quality of our technology products, solutions, and services.
Requirements Essential Activities and Responsibilities: Sales (80%)
Use multi-channel prospecting techniques to generate leads, grow your pipeline, and close sales. This includes cold calling via email, phone, and face-to-face, as well as utilizing social selling strategies on LinkedIn to research and interact with business professionals in your assigned territory.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota for net new business, renewals, and current new business.
Utilize customer and prospect database to track sales activities that help manage and grow your pipeline.
Evaluate customer business needs to develop and present solutions that will grow their business.
Effectively market and sell comprehensive technology products, solutions, and services while maintaining Prosource’s TotalPro Guarantee.

Maintain a customer-first mentality and approach while establishing, developing, and preserving positive business and customer relationships.

Maintain technical and professional knowledge by attending trainings, meetings, and events.

Possess a college degree or equivalent work experience
History of success (academics, sports, prior employment, awards, etc.)
Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proven history of successful quota attainment with documentation to support their success in sales
Polished appearance and demeanor
Any additional education in the field of business technology could be considered an advantage
Any previous sales experience is not required but considered an advantage
Must have a valid driver’s license
