Achieve sales goals Generate outbound calls and emails to increase sales visits and update pipeline reports Make calls to existing and prospective customers Forecast and prospect monthly Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers Maintain and update CRM records Develop business plans and sales strategies Initiate selling activities and develop new markets Adhere to company policies and ethics Qualifications, Skills & Abilities
Associate’s Degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field (preferred) At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in Safety, Industrial, or MRO markets Experience in gas/oil industries or manufacturing is a plus Strong relationship-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Organizational and presentation skills Energetic, self-motivated, honest, assertive Ability to multitask and think creatively Compensation and Benefits
