Retail Sales Associate ROHNERT PARK | 591 Rohnert Park Expy All in AVe. $30 at Arch Telecom. Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store. Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond devices and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices. Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and expertise. Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy. Become proficient in digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, and demonstrate how our coverage, plans and services help customers live as they choose. Complete in-store training on experience, skills, processes, systems and resources. Build relationships with colleagues across channels to own the customer experience, identify and hand off small business leads, and support company success. Be willing to have a good time while delivering first-class customer experience. Qualifications
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; Retail environment preferred. A strong desire to learn and master the skills required of customer advocates and build meaningful connections with customers. Competitive drive with the confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Ability to work with peers and store leaders, sharing best practices while serving customers and resolving issues.
