Airgas is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to generate sales and manage customer relationships. Responsibilities include prospecting new clients, enhancing partnerships, building rapport with existing customers, and growing your territory. The role requires converting prospects into long-term customers by building relationships and providing quality service.
You will establish new customers, expand business with existing customers, share product knowledge, negotiate pricing, and fulfill supply chain needs via effective sales skills and customer service over the phone. This is a great opportunity to advance your career.
What will I be doing?
Succeed through frequent customer contact, developing a sales pipeline, and establishing successful habits that exceed performance targets.
Work in an interactive, fast-paced environment with varied daily activities.
Complete a 4-week initial training, with ongoing training and development.
Maintain energetic, lively, and free-flowing communication with customers.
After training, manage existing customers in your territory and earn additional compensation with increased responsibilities.
Manage a territory, plan your sales pipeline, and grow business through telephone and digital communication, working closely with stores, distribution centers, and field personnel.
Interact and influence customers effectively.
