Headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, with locations in Cypress, California, and Spartanburg, South Carolina, ANA is growing and scaling. The Inside Sales Coordinator will join our growing team in Henderson, Nevada.
Key Responsibilities
Support the National Account sales team by preparing sales quotes, proposals, and presentations.
Assist in generating leads, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers.
Help with order processing, tracking shipments, and managing customer inquiries.
Act as a liaison between the inside sales team and other departments such as marketing, customer service, and operations.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Compile and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends; prepare regular sales reports and dashboards.
Support new inside sales representatives through training and onboarding, including developing materials and conducting sessions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with National Account managers and customers; collaborate on upselling, cross‑selling, and retention opportunities.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend enhancements to streamline workflows and optimize sales performance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a coordinator role, preferably supporting National Sales Accounts.
Sales and Customer Service Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication, and professional email etiquette.
Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy with documentation, order processing, and contract management.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM and other sales software.
Problem‑Solving: Quick thinker, able to analyze situations and devise solutions.
Adaptability and Resilience: Thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Salary: $55,000 - $59,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and pay equity considerations.
Location: Henderson, Nevada (onsite). Work schedule: weekdays 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Report to the Inside Sales Director.
This position is fully onsite and requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency. ANA does not provide employment‑based visa sponsorship for this role.
