This role works closely with the Sales Manager to ensure daily sales goals are met, agents are supported, and performance standards are consistently achieved. About The Role
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support a team of call center sales agents to achieve daily and weekly performance goals Provide on-the-floor coaching, feedback, and call monitoring to improve sales skills and compliance Assist with new hire onboarding and ongoing training initiatives Track and report team performance metrics to the Sales Manager Partner with leadership to implement strategies for improved conversion and retention Maintain agent schedules and ensure proper coverage for inbound/outbound calls Foster a positive and motivating team environment focused on accountability and results Required Experience And Qualifications
The ideal candidate has: 3+ years of call center sales supervisory experience (required) Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire others Knowledge of call center sales operations, KPIs, and performance metrics Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted Must hold a 2-15 Life, Health & Annuities License Fidelity Coverage is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
