Position Objective The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, enhancing their experience through relationship-building, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and driving sales growth. Reporting Structure: This position will report directly to the Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities Follow RJ’s Proven Process for Success: Listen & Learn – Understand the property and client goals to ensure mutual fit. Plan & Propose – Develop clear, customized plans with pricing and timelines. Prep & Launch – Align expectations with clients and internal teams. Deliver & Communicate – Execute with excellence and keep clients informed. Follow Through – Verify quality, follow up with clients, and adapt as needed. Additional responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining strong client relationships. - Generating new business and expanding existing accounts. - Facilitating communication between clients, sales managers, landscape designers, and production staff. - Collaborating with the design and production teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Contributing to team success through active participation and collaboration. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Sales experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related industries preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software is a plus.
