Retail Full Time Jewelry Associate at The TJX Companies, Inc. TJ Maxx location in Sandusky, OH. The position supports multiple store areas to meet business needs, adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and participates in the familiarity of store procedures and culture. Responsibilities
Deliver a Highly Satisfied Customer Experience by engaging with all customers and modeling REACH principles. Support a positive store culture and embody the Green Culture Pulse. Promote TJX Rewards credit and loyalty programs. Provide support for Front End coverage, Dressing Room, and Jewelry needs. Uphold a culture of honesty, integrity, and respect; communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates. Adhere to labor laws and Associate meal and break period policies. Maintain organizational cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor and assist with store maintenance and safety procedures. Process and prep merchandise for the sales floor following Door to Floor and Working Smart principles. Adhere to Front End policies and procedures including ringing sequence and operational controls; balance register draws and cash office as required. Tag, hang, and promptly return go backs to the sales floor. Uphold merchandising standards and signage; collaborate with Merchandise Coordinator to create compelling features and flex the sales floor as needed. Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded; participate in store recovery as needed. Support shrink reduction goals and loss prevention controls; identify safety issues and communicate them to management or loss prevention. Perform other duties as assigned. Benefits and Requirements
