Position Overview
Hyperion Solutions is seeking a self-motivated, tenacious, and resourceful Inside Sales Representative to drive growth across our Titan, McIntosh, and Capital business units. In this role, you will focus on converting open quotes, upselling additional products, and building strong customer relationships. You will collaborate closely with Customer Care and Technical Application Specialist teams to ensure timely follow-up and consistent customer engagement.
This role requires strong sales acumen, proven success in hitting targets, and comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Experience in the elevator industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively follow up on open quotes to close sales.
Engage customers via phone and email to nurture leads and upsell additional products.
Serve as a liaison between Customer Care, Technical Application, and Field Sales teams.
Maintain accurate pipeline reports and forecasts in Salesforce CRM.
Reporting & KPIs
Track daily activity and KPIs in Salesforce.
Provide status updates and reports to management.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Deliver accurate and timely information to customers.
Administrative Support
Maintain organized Salesforce records.
Track and manage all open and closed quotes.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree not required).
2+ years of inside sales experience.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple quotes at once.
Reliable, prompt, and consistent attendance.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
