Inside Sales Representative – Memphis, TN
Are you a self‑motivated, tenacious, and resourceful sales professional looking to join a fast‑growing organization? Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help develop and grow their business, focusing on converting open quotes and leveraging customer interactions.

What You’ll Do:
Proactively follow up on open quotes to convert opportunities into closed, contracted jobs.
Engage with customers via phone and electronic communications to nurture leads, close sales, and upsell additional products.
Collaborate with Customer Care and technical teams to ensure quotes are actively followed up on and customers are consistently engaged.
Maintain an active pipeline report and forecast updates within Salesforce CRM.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as bookings, customer contacts, and quote conversion.
Provide periodic status reports and updates to management.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing accurate and timely information.
Assist in maintaining organized Salesforce records and tracking all open and closed quotes.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree not required).
Two or more years of inside sales experience.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple quotes.
Prompt and regular attendance.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and independent worker.
