Execute sales strategy in partnership with an external growth agency Identify, pitch, and secure new business across targeted industries and product lines Lead the customer journey—from initial engagement through product trials, onboarding, and long-term account management Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, sales, marketing, and production Negotiate pricing, manage contracts, and ensure strong financial outcomes Analyze trends, market data, and CRM insights to guide your pipeline and strategy Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings Monitor receivables and inventory in line with commercial terms Deliver clear, consistent reporting to internal stakeholders What Success Looks Like

Exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and receivables targets Grows a strong, sustainable pipeline and converts prospects into loyal accounts Builds differentiated value propositions for strategic account plans Consistently provides an exceptional customer experience Proposes innovative packaging solutions to solve client challenges Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with 2+ years in the flexible packaging industry Familiarity with CPG, paper, or printing/graphics sectors strongly preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable using Salesforce, Power BI, and sales analytics tools A strategic, adaptable mindset with a passion for innovation and client success Ready to make an impact?
