Job Title: Account Manager (Corporate & TMC) Company: Singapore Airlines Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) • Full-time
We’re hiring Account Managers to grow revenue, market share, and NDC adoption across direct corporate accounts and large TMC partners. Multiple openings: we’ll align each hire to a primary focus (Corporate or TMC) based on experience, both roles drive passenger ticket sales and MICE opportunities.
Priority skill: Hands-on NDC implementation experience in Concur Travel and/or Sabre 360 (NDCx). If you’ve led pilots, configured OBT settings/policies, troubleshot display/servicing issues, and trained stakeholders, you’ll stand out.
What you’ll do
Own a portfolio of corporate customers and/or TMCs; hit targets for volume, revenue, OD uplift, share, NDC penetration, and new business.
Build senior, multi-threaded relationships (travel managers, procurement, exec sponsors, TMC leaders/frontline).
Develop account plans; lead QBRs/; forecast, surface risks/opps, and execute joint action plans.
Promote SIA fares, products, schedules, and destinations through in-person meetings, calls, webinars, and targeted outreach.
Expand NDC: secure early client commitments, tailor adoption plans, remove blockers with TMC teams/Head Office, and track progress.
Ensure timely renewals and accurate implementation; validate discount displays and tracking; optimize OBT placement and TMC POS readiness.
Design compelling commercial propositions (corporate discounts, net/tactical fares, TMC incentives) to maximize ROI.
Lead sales blitzes, trainings, seminars, and roadshows; represent SIA at industry events and trade functions.
Analyze market/competition and feed insights to Marketing, Revenue Management, Distribution, and Global Corporate Sales.
Identify and progress MICE group opportunities, support ADM resolution and outstanding payments per policy.
Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in Salesforce; leverage Tableau dashboards for insights and reporting.
Focus alignment
Corporate: manage RFPs/renewals, policy-aligned adoption, OBT enablement, pricing initiatives, soft benefits; advocate US POS priorities on global deals.
TMC: joint business planning, enablement/certification, referral pipeline, co-selling/co-marketing; optimize NDC workflows and ADM prevention; educate counselors.
What you’ll bring
3 years in airline/TMC/corporate travel sales or account management with global/regional TMCs and/or enterprise buyers.
Track record of hitting revenue/share goals; strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Working knowledge of NDC and ability to articulate value; familiarity with the US corporate/TMC ecosystem.
Hands-on NDC implementation experience in Concur Travel and/or Sabre 360 (NDCx): pilot planning, OBT configuration and policy mapping, PCC/profile setup, display/pricing troubleshooting, servicing workflows (exchanges/refunds), and stakeholder training.
Data fluency; proficient with Salesforce and productivity tools; turns insights into action.
Excellent communication; disciplined, organized, and responsive; team-first mindset.
Valid driver’s license and access to a car for sales visits; valid passport; ability to travel as required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Nice to have
Direct experience activating and optimizing NDC content in Concur Travel and Sabre 360/NDCx, including content sources, approval flows, mid/back-office impacts, and ADM prevention.
MICE buyer relationships.
GDS/OBT and tools: Sabre/Sabre Red 360, Concur, Cytric, GetThere.
Basic Tableau and AI-driven sales/analytics.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Prism, and Salesforce.
Awareness of market conditions (industry shifts, B2B trends, competitor moves).
What success looks like
Manage ~10–70 accounts depending in role with accurate profiles in Salesforce
Hit targets for revenue, share, OD uplift, and NDC penetration.
Convert new leads; grow managed corporate revenue; execute promos and resolve client issues with Sales Ops.
Work setup and travel
NYC-based hybrid role with local/regional client travel; occasional domestic/international trips.
Residing within driving distance of a major international airport is ideal.
