Woodrow is seeking a self‑motivated Key Account Manager.

Job Description This national role is responsible for increasing sales volume and margin with existing customers and developing new accounts across a broad market base (Aerospace, Medical Equipment, Industrial Equipment, etc.). The Key Account Manager will drive profitable growth with key global accounts by identifying upselling and cross‑sell opportunities, expanding product usage, and proposing innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will develop and execute quarterly and annual sales strategies to increase market share within target accounts. Collaboration across operations, purchasing, CSRs, and finance is required to support customer accounts and address emerging issues effectively. Client focus, proactive approach, and solutions orientation are essential, with strong business acumen and strategic planning expertise.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and providing customized printing solutions.

Develop trust‑based relationships with key clients at all organizational levels to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Actively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and align our solutions to support their goals.

Consultative Sales

Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to determine their requirements and recommend the most suitable products and services.

Formulate strategic account plans tailored to each client, setting goals to maximize revenue, identify growth opportunities, and anticipate client needs.

Proactively drive revenue growth within key accounts by identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, expanding product usage, and proposing new solutions.

Prospecting Identify and target potential clients in target industries through market research, networking, and industry events.

Collaboration Work closely with the internal sales support and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.

Reporting

Track account metrics, prepare sales forecasts, and present regular reports to leadership on the status and growth potential of key accounts.

Use data analytics to assess account performance, monitor KPIs, and refine strategies based on key metrics.

Provide clients with regular performance reports, detailing account status, recent activity, and areas of focus.

Qualifications

Deep industry experience in Aerospace, Medical Equipment, or Industrial Equipment with an existing contact network.

Required experience managing and growing strategic accounts with Key Account Plan development.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and web‑based applications.

Excellent organizational, communication, project, and time management skills.

Independent thinker with problem‑solving abilities.

8–10 years of sales / account management experience.

Approximately 30–50% travel.

Skills / Abilities to Meet Job Requirements

Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience.

Key account management experience managing and growing multiple key accounts with P&L responsibility.

Responsible for accounts greater than $1 million in sales.

Ability to develop and implement Key Account Plans defining account strategies and sales plans to maintain and grow business.

Deep experience developing multi‑faceted relationships with customers across functions including purchasing, product/material engineering, manufacturing and management.

Strong initiative to identify growth opportunities, coordinate company resources and drive customer actions and decisions.

Research, develop and implement pricing for account(s).

Successful growth of new technologies due to personal relationships with customers.

Knowledge of buying influences, negotiation, purchasing processes, and value‑based solution selling.

Continue to cultivate relationships with account key players. Be the go‑to person for your global customers.

Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
