Overview This position has a salary of $95,000 per annum, with an uncapped commission plan. Responsibilities

Retain existing company relationships through usage, retention, and additional revenue. Manage the ongoing relationship with existing clients by leveraging technology to ensure they see a return on current and future investments, identifying and developing additional revenue opportunities, and maximizing employee and client usage of Paycom software.

Work closely with Outside Sales Representatives and Transition Specialists to ensure a smooth transition of client ownership during the initial phase and provide continuity of exceptional service.

Cultivate and nurture existing client relationships for strong retention.

Achieve sales quota and revenue goals through client retention and account expansion strategies.

Proactively analyze, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis.

Drive revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and client satisfaction/loyalty.

Present the value proposition of software/solutions/services to clients and conduct client presentations.

Maintain relationships at the C-level and throughout the organization to support providing business solutions and tools.

Conduct the required number of face-to-face meetings weekly and prepare a strategic agenda, review usage, oversee software updates, identify needs and opportunities, and provide insights to maximize the value of Paycom solutions.

Conduct regular business reviews with clients, present performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategic recommendations.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Develop a complete understanding of the client’s organizational structure.

Assist in software development efforts by delivering feedback on market needs and opportunities.

Travel

Up to 75% travel – may include overnight on all modes of transportation (plane, train and/or automobile).

Required to attend in-person New Hire, Regional and Department training.
