Apple Valley Insulation – Reno is seeking an experienced and motivated
Sales Representative
to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for promoting and selling high‑quality products, including insulation and blown insulation. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company.
Responsibilities
Actively seek out and engage with potential customers, including contractors, builders, and architects.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
Assess customer needs and provide customized solutions.
Prepare and deliver accurate competitive price quotes.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer delight.
Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
Travel throughout an assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Knowledge of insulation and fireproofing is highly desirable.
Self‑motivated and target‑driven with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Schedule Monday – Friday
Pay $52,000 – $70,000 per year
