Client acquisition, relationship development, and needs-based selling for life insurance products. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform to focus on client interactions. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments and present suitable life insurance options. Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations to individuals and groups; tailor to client concerns. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term client relationships with regular follow-ups and service. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports. Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring confidentiality. Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus. Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one; we will assist with licensing if needed.
