Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions. Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. Sales Presentation: Deliver presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring to address client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive products to position our life insurance offerings effectively. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; prepare regular reports for management. Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus. Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (assistance provided to obtain licensing). Competitive compensation with a strong commission and bonus structure. Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15th. Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client sale. Range is based on the average representative in current markets.
