The Healthcare Sales Specialist will focus on outbound sales, using strong rapport-building and demo delivery to secure new business in a fast-moving, high-impact space.

Responsibilities

Conduct strategic cold outreach via phone, email and events

Tailor demos to medical practice needs and pain points

Manage deals end-to-end with precision and persistence

Build strong pipeline and track progress in the CRM

Partner with sales leadership to evolve the sales playbook

Qualifications

Proven success in outbound B2B sales (2+ years)

Grit, energy and ability to drive deals solo

Effective objection handling and follow-up strategy

Comfort with CRM tools and remote sales technologies

Bonus: Experience selling to clinics or healthcare groups

Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
