As a BoxLunch Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in an appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience. What You'll Do
Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, leveraging your product knowledge and customer service skills. Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and ensure assigned areas are well-presented. Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram updates, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising. Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners. Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry. Help organize the stock room and keep the store tidy. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals. Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader. What You'll Need
Experience in retail is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus! Strong customer service and sales skills. You must be at least 18 years old to join the team. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds. Additional Details
