This position will actively assist with executing plans to hit revenue and ticketing goals for fiscal year including full season ticket, club, suite, half season, group, and single game tickets for North Texas Athletics. This role will assist with creating and executing results-driven sales strategy, ticketing manifests, and is expected to perform outbound calls, drive sales revenue, and perform face-to-face meetings around various ticket sales campaigns. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree. Two years experience selling in an Intercollegiate Athletics Department ticket office (Division 1) or professional sports level. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Paciolan (U.S. college sports ticketing provider). Preferred Qualifications
Two years experience working with Paciolan (preferred). Two years experience selling in an Intercollegiate Athletics Department ticket office (Division 1) or professional sports level. Job Duties
Prospect, qualify, and close leads over the phone or in face-to-face appointments. Meet or Exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals for full season tickets, partial season tickets, group tickets, and single game tickets. Build relationships with current clients and constituents to ensure high renewal rates and repeat business. Meet or exceed daily and weekly contact minimums set forth by the Athletics Department and maintain electronic account records in customer relationship management systems. Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements
Communicating with others to exchange information. Lifting and moving objects up to 100 pounds or more. Environmental Hazards
Low temperatures. Outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind. Noisy environments. Elevated temperatures. Work Schedule
