Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
to drive strategic revenue growth across the
south region (Texas and Louisiana).
This role is designed for a
results-driven sales professional
who excels in identifying customer needs and delivering high-value solutions. The ideal candidate has a
hunter mentality —a proven ability to cultivate new business, build long-term relationships, and develop customized solutions that create
measurable value for both the customer and SLIPNOT . This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of a high-potential market and make a significant impact. The candidate should be located near a major airport.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy
to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
Identify and engage key decision-makers
across industries such as Food & Beverage and Industrial Manufacturing.
Effectively communicate the value proposition
of SLIPNOT's premium safety solutions, positioning them as the preferred choice for high-impact projects.
Manage the full sales cycle , from prospecting and consultative selling to closing large-scale deals.
Develop relationships at multiple levels
within customer organizations, from operations and safety teams to senior leadership.
Drive product specifications
for major capital projects, ensuring SLIPNOT is positioned as the
basis of design .
Consistently exceed sales targets , leveraging strategic prospecting, account development, and consultative sales techniques.
Travel extensively (50-75%)
to engage with customers, conduct site visits, and strengthen client partnerships.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record
of success in a
hunter
sales role, consistently exceeding quota.
5+ years of experience
selling
manufactured/engineered products
to end-users, contractors, or fabricators.
5+ years of experience
selling into
capital projects , with a strong understanding of securing
product specifications .
Strong prospecting skills —able to identify and engage new accounts while expanding existing relationships.
Consultative sales approach —adept at uncovering client challenges and crafting tailored solutions that demonstrate ROI.
Experience selling into industrial markets
such as
Food & Beverage and Industrial Manufacturing
is preferred.
Ability to sell on value, not price —demonstrated success in positioning premium solutions in competitive markets.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
