CAR SALES REPRESENTATIVE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH / SPANISH) – Tricolor Auto Group, LLC We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and determined individual to join our team as a bilingual car sales representative (English/Spanish). Compensation And Benefits
Pay – Our commission structure allows you to earn $85,000 to $200,000 annually Health, vision, dental, and life insurance available after 30 days of employment; you can select a plan that best suits your lifestyle and your family needs 401K – we will match 100% of what you contribute up to 4% Growth Opportunities – 80% of our managers were previously sales representatives Employee discount program, training, learning opportunities, childcare, and more Qualifications
People person — enjoys interacting with people and helping customers Bilingual – English and Spanish Driver's License – valid with a clean record Open schedule – willing to work long hours Able to pass a drug test and background check Experience
Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided. Responsibilities
