Responsibilities Grow Our Business While Growing Yours:

Work within a defined territory to close sales, win business, and meet sales goals using a top-down sales strategy. Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients:

Recommend solutions that address clients' business needs and earn referral business through networking and partnerships. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family:

Cross-sell with other ADP teams to expand within existing accounts and build long-term relationships. Collaborate Daily:

Required Qualifications Positive Self-Starter:

Upbeat, persistent, comfortable cold calling, managing time, and presenting ideas clearly. Strategic Closer:

Established network, experience with outside B2B sales, and a proven track record of closing deals. Proven Winner:

Ambitious, thrives under pressure, and exceeds sales quotas. Education and Experience: A college degree is not required; relevant experience includes: Three years of B2B sales experience (preferably field sales) Military experience with relevant skills Bonus points for: Ability to build networks and use social media effectively for sales.
