Valet Account Manager - Indianapolis, IN Position Summary: The Account Manager oversees the daily operations of an assigned location, ensuring exceptional service for clients and guests. This role involves managing staff, maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing financial aspects such as revenue and payroll, and performing valet duties when needed.

Primary Objective To lead and manage valet operations by delivering outstanding guest service, optimizing efficiency, and driving financial performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Serve as primary contact for each property, ensuring contractual obligations are met and fostering open communication.

Daily Operational Oversight: Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance; conduct regular site visits.

Financial and Administrative Tasks: Monitor site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses; work with the Regional Director on cost control.

Team Supervision and Training: Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates; set clear performance expectations.

Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to management through reports on progress and challenges.

Additional Responsibilities: Attend required staff meetings, complete training modules, and remain flexible to evolving business needs.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED required; at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or similar customer service field.

Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; maintain acceptable motor vehicle record.

Work Environment: Indoor and outdoor settings; exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Physical Demands: Extended periods of running, standing, walking; ability to lift moderate weights.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 plus bonus potential.
