Senior Living Sales Consultant

to help prospective residents and their families discover a vibrant and supportive senior living lifestyle. This is more than just a sales role—it’s an opportunity to impact lives with compassion, professionalism, and purpose.

Position Summary

Build trusting relationships with prospective residents and their families

Conduct personalized tours and host group presentations that reflect the warmth of our community

Manage and track all leads using Salesforce CRM; ensure timely follow-up via calls, emails, home visits, and appointments

Guide prospective residents through the full sales process—from initial inquiry through move-in

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional customer service

Achieve and document progress toward monthly occupancy and sales goals

Participate in internal and external marketing events, networking opportunities, and lead-generating activities

Maintain presentation-ready model apartments that reflect the quality of life at Peace Village

Provide administrative support related to move-ins, contracts, and resident records as needed

Experience & Qualifications

4+ years of successful sales experience , in a senior living community required; or CCRC/entrance-fee-based communities a plus

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred

Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills

Strong time management and attention to detail

High level of comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and collaborate across teams

Professional, positive attitude and ability to connect with diverse individuals

Sales & Marketing aptitude

Empathy and active listening

Teamwork and collaboration

Adaptability in a dynamic work environment

Accountability and self-direction

This is a full-time position with standard business hours, with some evenings and weekends via scheduled appointments

Work will take place in our professional office setting on our scenic campus, and occasionally off-site for events

Role requires regular walking, standing, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs.)

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary

$45,000

annually + Commission

Commission plan with potential total compensation exceeding

$100,000
