Customer Account Management: Build and manage client relationships within a designated sales territory to secure and renew service agreements. Handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfactory resolution with a focus on revenue generation. Meet regularly with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions. Manage and oversee accounts receivable for your portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of sales objectives. Collaboration: Partner daily with the Field Superintendent and technicians to drive lead generation and ensure an excellent total customer experience from initiation through delivery. Sales & Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue sales opportunities through key customer contacts and industry information. Qualify customer needs to secure profitable solutions leveraging company products and services. Introduce new technology and explain the value it offers customers. Negotiation & Strategy: Negotiate contract terms favorable to the company while delivering on customer requirements. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with product strategies and market conditions. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare estimates and communicate proposals with customers. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the elevator or related industry Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling and closing skills with a proven sales track record Ability to empathize, listen and connect with people to form outstanding customer relationships Excellent time management, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities Motivated, resilient, customer-focused mindset with a strong character aligned with Schindler’s values Experience with SAP and a results-driven mindset to thrive in a competitive sales environment Demonstrated ability to handle a mix of office and fieldwork, with flexibility for travel and managing customer interactions Customer Account Management: proficient in building and managing client relationships and handling challenging inquiries while ensuring satisfactory resolution with a focus on revenue generation Negotiation & Strategy: ability to negotiate contract terms and develop sales strategies that align with customers’ needs and Schindler values, compliant with regulations Sales & Closing Skills: proficient in closing deals and securing agreements; ability to independently identify and pursue opportunities Effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and achievement of sales objectives Leadership: ability to guide and support junior sales team members and collaborate with Field Superintendents and technicians What’s in it for you?
