Starts at $12.48/hr plus tip pool Position:

Essential Functions: Greet all guests in a friendly, positive manner. Build connections to make guests feel welcome and valued Welcome each guest as they enter, and thank them as they leave, holding the door when possible Seat guests at suitable tables for their needs and according to rotation so servers receive an appropriate number of tables Assist with table service, including:
Filling empty beverages Clearing dishes from tables Fetching and delivering items from tables
Pre-bus, clear tables, and wipe them down Wipe down menus Answer phone calls, take reservations, and run to-go orders Ensure restrooms are presentable and stocked; clean as needed Keep Server Assistant stand stocked (crayons, kid menus, menus, etc.) Follow all Suburban Inns processes Maintain regular attendance Other duties as requested by management Position Requirements: Minimum Knowledge:
Ability to interpret/extract information and perform arithmetic functions. Good communication skills Formal Education and Job-Related Experience:

May vary between day, evening, night, holiday, and weekend assignments; schedule varies with business needs Travel:
No travel required; work is on the property Uniform and Appearance Guidelines: Uniform shirt and name tag provided. Suburban Inns approved black slacks or jeans (within guidelines) and black, close-toed, non-slip shoes are the team member’s responsibility Appearance: Visible earrings allowed in the ears only or must be covered during shifts. Hair must be well-groomed. The Director of Operations has final authority on appearance decisions
