Analyst
to join our Delivery team. This is a hands-on,
client-facing role
where your main objective is to
bridge business needs with technical solutions , drive clarity in requirements, and support the successful delivery of our eCommerce projects. Your responsibilities:
Gathering
and tracing requirements Analyzing
current processes and data (GA/Hotjar, diagrams) Defining future state and
recommending solutions Collaborating with UX designers and
supporting workshops Planning architecture and
building data models Configuring
eCommerce platforms and preparing
estimations Conducting workshops and
communicating with clients Apply if you have:
Proven experience as a
Business Analyst
in IT/ eCommerce
projects. Strong
analytical
and problem-solving skills. Ability to
create and interpret
process diagrams and data models. Knowledge of tools like GA, Hotjar, or similar. Solid
understanding of eCommerce platforms
and digital business processes. Experience with
headless commerce and Magento Hands-on involvement in
architecture planning . Experience
running discovery
or requirements workshops with clients. Excellent communication skills in
English
(both written and spoken). Experience with Medusa.js. Previous work with B2B or marketplace solutions. What we offer:
