You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
Enthusiasm for insurance and financial products' role in helping people manage risks, recover, and achieve dreams
People-oriented, organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented
Proactive in problem-solving, dedicated to customer service
Able to learn computer functions and work accurately and timely
Ability to work in a team, multi-task, make presentations, and explain complex financial issues
Property and Casualty license (must obtain), Life and Health license (must obtain)

Compensation: $16.82 - $21.63 per hour
