Outside Sales Consultant - Mailing Solutions Division

We are seeking an Outside Sales Consultant – Mailing Solutions Division to join our team! MCC Mailing Sales Consultants are responsible for achieving quotas by building relationships with new and existing clients in the sales of postage machines, letter openers, folder/inserters, document shredders, etc. MCC Mailing Sales Consultants will work closely with the Management Team to follow a proven process of building new clients and maintaining existing client base. Responsibilities:

Present a professional image at ALL times Follow “MCC Way” for all opportunities Build Leads from suite of tools and cold calling Work MCC provided new leads, renewals and referrals Set up Site Surveys and Demonstrations at MCC Centers Determine sales potential for new and existing clients Identify Client Needs and current problems by listening and exploring current issues Build Client Solutions based on client feedback and MCC proven products and services Conduct Professional Sales Presentations of MCC products and services Overcome any objections and close proposed solutions Constant Communications with client before, during and after install Maintain and improve customer relationships with constant communication Follow all MCC Policies and Procedures Complete required Manufacture Certifications Learn and apply product knowledge to enhance sales and professional acumen Constant understanding of Industry Trends and Competitive Information Qualifications:

Previous inside sales experience is desired, but not required. Passion and excitement about technology Be able to learn new technology Be able to do some self teaching Familiarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation and communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented Job Requirements: Communication – a successful rep must be able to listen to client’s needs and problems in order to gain a complete understanding. Mastering Selling Skills – building rapport, listening, making a benefits statement, probing to identify needs, creating problem solving solutions, presenting MCC Best practice solutions, overcoming objection, articulating MCC benefits, closing high percentage opportunities. Understanding MCC Value to clients, our product lines and how to win over clients. Must be able to communicate all three. Execute with PASSION, COMMITMENT and URGENCY - the rep must be driven to satisfy customer needs and to achieve quota. All training is paid for and provided to you by MCC. You'll work with a great team of people and working with an incentive based compensation structure means you won't hit a ceiling on what you can earn! Company Description
