As an Automotive Biller, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of automotive sales and service paperwork. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of automotive dealership operations. Responsibilities:
Process automotive sales and service paperwork with a high level of accuracy and efficiency Prepare and submit documentation for vehicle registrations, title transfers, and insurance claims Verify and reconcile deals, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and accurate Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal staff to resolve any billing-related issues or discrepancies Maintain organized records and files for all vehicle transactions Requirements:
Prior experience as an Automotive Biller or similar role within an automotive dealership is preferred Strong knowledge of automotive sales and service paperwork Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as dealership management systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Available Benefits:
