The Automotive Service Advisor at South Shore Kia will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by advising clients on vehicle maintenance and repair services. Responsibilities:
Assess customer needs and provide accurate estimates for services Coordinate service appointments and manage work orders Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Requirements:
Prior experience in automotive service advising Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Available Benefits:
