Controller
to join their growing
Medford, OR
team.
Open to relocate! This role will oversee a staff of two and will be responsible for overseeing all organizational finance/accounting functions, including policies and reporting systems development, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, and general accounting. Manufacturing experience required; CPA highly preferred. Responsibilities
Ensuring robust internal controls across the business, maintaining compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements Implementing and enforcing key policies and processes in inventory management, credit control, accounts receivable and payable, capital expenditure, and general ledger management Supporting the finance team in controlling, treasury, tax, audit, and statutory functions Overseeing the preparation of consolidated management reports, including explanation of key cost and revenue drivers and tracking performance against KPIs, prior year, and budget Partnering with senior stakeholders to conduct in-depth analysis that drives profitable growth and process improvement Managing periodic inventory cycle counts and ERP system updates Leading monthly accounting, including maintenance of books and records, balance sheet reconciliations, preparation of forecasts, and operating and capital budgets Providing financial analysis to support sales and management, ensuring profit margins are understood and maximized Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA highly preferred 10+ years finance/accounting experience, including some in a leadership capacity Manufacturing experience required Advanced Excel and SQL reporting proficiency Ability to prepare detailed analysis Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Employment type: direct hire Open to relocate The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
