A Fortune 100 Financial Service Company is seeking a ‘rock star’ Business Analyst to join other driven, experienced, and successful IT professionals to secure the participant experience and enable the Company to become a world-class eBusiness. The selected individual will build market-relevant skills for the new economy through the development and implementation of state-of-the-art security features and functions across various channels. Qualifications

Responsibilities & Qualifications: Reviews and approves project development, and leads project initiative requirements – asking all universal questions (who, what, when, where, how) to define the project. Writes requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis. Strong analytical and product management skills are required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs. Proactively communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements, creating corresponding User Stories in RTC. Successfully engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Drives and challenges business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the development team through which requirements flow. Collaborates with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision, analyzing tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
