Salary:

$2,215.68 to $2,437.25 biweekly. Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Government Center/Viera. Work schedule is Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Overview Performs experienced professional work utilizing Business Process Management (BPM) and focusing on processes and/or workflows that enhance employee and customer experiences. Work includes documenting processes to ensure the integrity of software to meet end user requirements. Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops for acquiring business/system requirements, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis. Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high‑level information into details, abstracts up from low‑level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related field PLUS two (2) years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM). Additional qualifying education and/or experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.

Special Requirements

Must possess, or obtain prior to employment, a valid Florida driver's license and maintain said license during the term of employment.

Good knowledge of the process to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Ability to work with software developers to conduct functional software and regression testing and develop user test scripts.

Maintains and compiles documentation of user procedures, technical references, training manuals, handbooks, and guides.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, including technical writing.

Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including end users, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man‑made disaster which may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.
