Analyze policy language, manage caseloads, and develop claim resolution strategies. Communicate with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and vendors to gather information and resolve claims. Coordinate with defense counsel, pursue subrogation, and support recovery efforts. Handle claims efficiently, accurately, and customer-focused, adhering to standards. Participate in reviews, meetings, and training for continuous improvement. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience with commercial auto or trucking claims, especially bodily injury or cargo. Understanding of trucking operations, FMCSA/DOT regulations, and claims practices. Ability to analyze, negotiate, and resolve claims effectively. State adjuster licenses.
