We are seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for supporting key accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and working closely with leadership on process improvements. Key Responsibilities
Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Complete and maintain accurate bank reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reporting for leadership. Utilize Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to analyze and report financial data. Support AP/AR processes and act as a resource across accounting functions as needed. Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and support business growth. Work in Great Plains to ensure accurate and timely transaction recording. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables required). Experience with Great Plains preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and eagerness to learn and grow. Team player with excellent communication skills and a desire to contribute to a strong, positive culture.
