What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will contribute to our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide accurate answers in everyday language.
This is a virtual, customer-facing role. You will use our video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and empowering customers to prepare their taxes.
Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The base pay ranges by location as follows (approximate ranges):
Bay Area, CA: 28.80 - 36.50
Southern California: 28.80 - 36.50
Colorado: 27.50 - 34.80
Hawaii: 28.80 - 36.50
Illinois: 27.50 - 34.80
Maryland: 27.50 - 34.80
Massachusetts: 28.80 - 36.50
Minnesota: 24.80 - 30.30
New Jersey: 28.80 - 36.50
New York: 28.80 - 36.50
Ohio: 24.80 - 30.30
Vermont: 27.50 - 34.80
Washington: 28.80 - 36.50
Washington, DC: 28.80 - 36.50
