Overview
This full-time remote position involves managing inbound leads, originating loans, and guiding clients through every step of the mortgage process. You’ll be expected to maintain a strong pipeline and consistently close 6–8 loans per month while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
Manage inbound leads and originate mortgage loans Guide clients through every step of the mortgage process Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently close 6–8 loans per month Provide excellent customer service and transparent communication throughout the loan process Compensation
150 bps on self-generated business 85-100 bps on company-provided leads Qualifications
Active NMLS license with 3+ years of experience Proficient in Encompass, LendingPad, or Calyx Point Experience with FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM loan products Strong communication and client service skills Proven ability to manage a large pipeline in a fast-paced environment Why Lone Star Financing?
