Job Description: At Regions, the Financial Advisor establishes a portfolio of bank customers by delivering advice aligned to the customer’s financial objectives. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, partnership-centric, and has prior branch-based Financial Advisor experience. Primary Responsibilities
Provides a broad range of investment solutions and products to help meet customer goals and offers in-depth guidance through Financial Planning services Identifies and follows up on opportunities to establish customer relationships, including prospecting, lead utilization, and local market/community involvement Builds and maintains a strong client network and pipeline Delivers expert-level portfolio planning skills and comprehensive industry and investment knowledge Conducts and/or participates in investment performance and relationship reviews Keeps junior staff informed about investment products and opportunities Adheres to compliance requirements and follows corporate and industry protocols This position is exempt from FLSA timekeeping requirements and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. Requirements
Series 7 Series 63 & 65 or Series 66 Life Insurance License must be obtained within 60 days from employment start date Preferences
Bachelor's degree Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Consultant and Certified Retirement Specialist Two (2) years of Financial Advisory experience Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this role includes base and variable components with total potential earnings of $43,888 - $150,000+. This role is eligible to participate in a commission incentive plan. Benefits include a flexible, comprehensive package and are summarized for informational purposes. Position Type and Incentives
Full time. This role is eligible for incentive pay plans and may earn commission based on performance against defined metrics and goals. Benefits
