Our GPS-FAAS team is growing exponentially, and as a Senior Manager you will play a key role in that growth. You will work across Federal GPS sector service lines, communicating creative, strategic goals and delivering an exceptional client experience through tailored solutions. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, productive working relationships with audit client personnel; assess client satisfaction and proactively maintain contact throughout the year Direct field work, inform supervisors of engagement status and manage assurance staff performance Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations Develop people by effectively delegating audit tasks and providing guidance to assurance staff; provide performance feedback and training Contribute ideas to assurance teams and listen to other team members’ views Foster an efficient, innovative, team-oriented work environment Use technology to continually learn and share knowledge to enhance service delivery Build relationships across multiple service lines and identify opportunities to apply the firm’s services Travel as needed to meet with key clients, some of whom are highly respected in their fields Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business; 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience with US GAAP for Federal clients U.S. CPA license Excellent project management and communication skills; collaborative leadership Proven record of mentoring and improving a team of high-performing colleagues Integrity and dedication to teamwork Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Flexibility to work at client, EY, and/or contractor sites; travel approximately 25–30% or more in a hybrid environment Ideally you’ll also have
