Job Description As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will obtain the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses. You will learn core banking, investment solutions, and client care skills through dedicated training and coaching, and then apply them in a financial center environment.
Once licensed, you will: build and manage client relationships; assess complex financial situations; recommend solutions that improve clients’ financial well‑being; and collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet clients’ needs.
Progression to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II will deepen your relationships and broaden your expertise across clients and products.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. You must maintain good standing in the federal registry system.
Schedule Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays.
Responsibilities
Complete SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams within the required timeframes.
Build a successful career through world‑class training and onboarding programs.
Co‑create consultative solutions with clients to identify needs and recommend appropriate products.
Deliver comprehensive client reviews and presentations with confidence.
Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to provide a full suite of bank and Merrill products.
Maintain active client networks and grow your business.
Follow bank processes for client interactions, compliance, and credit underwriting.
Required Qualifications
Aptitude to obtain required industry licenses.
Self‑discipline in managing time and capacity.
Experience cultivating client relationships, recognizing needs, and recommending solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Results‑driven mindset prioritizing clients’ interests in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
