We are seeking a dedicated Lease Administrator to join their diverse team that makes a difference every day!
Pay: $41/hr. Schedule: Hybrid, 1 day per week in Acton
Key Responsibilities:
Manage lease records, critical dates, obligations, and compliance in the lease management system. Review and process rent payments, CAM charges, invoices, and support budgeting/forecasting. Ensure lease agreements comply with policies and legal requirements; maintain organized documentation. Generate reports on lease status, occupancy, and financials; provide insights for real estate decisions. Collaborate with landlords, property managers, brokers, legal, and internal teams to support new leases, renewals, terminations, and due diligence. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of experience in lease administration or commercial real estate. Proficiency in lease management software (e.g., MRI, Yardi, Lucernex). Strong knowledge of lease terms, legal language, and financial principles. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred: experience with international leases/multi-site portfolios, GAAP & lease accounting, SAP, and advanced Excel/reporting tools.
