The Associate will collaborate with IT and other relevant stakeholders to identify and implement necessary process and system changes. What You Will Do Partner and support the effort to develop processes, workflows and requirements to support the enterprise with accurately and timely reporting of credit reporting consumer information. Support the development, implementation and execution of controls to IT systems to validate that the systems are appropriately executing key processes. Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall team performance. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications What You Will Bring 2-4 years related experience working in consumer reporting operations, preferably in the automotive finance space. Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM, Oracle, Siebel, or a similar CRM system), including Service Requests and Analysis a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. SQL, SAS, Excel, or other procedural language for reporting development. Knowledge of credit reporting, FCRA, and Metro 2. Ability to explain complex systems and data succinctly. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
