Senior Property Associate

JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of **Senior Property Associate** to ensure organizational excellence by fulfilling administrative functions for a client in Arlington, VA. This candidate will also maintain positive relations between tenants, client/property owner, and Jones Lang LaSalle.* Provide direct administrative support to property management* Maintain regular contact with maintenance staff to ensure all elements of the property are clean and all needs are attended* Assist in Management Audits* Maintain and update employee, client and customer contract data bases* Organize, compile and prepare reports for distribution* Set the standard for compliance with JLL policies, procedures established for the property specifically as well as the firm* Enforce compliance with insurance requirements among tenants* Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day relationships with tenant contacts* Prepare tenant memos and all communications as directed be manager* Liaison between tenants and all building staff/team members* Responsible for SharePoint management and document loading* Follow up on all tenant requests to ensure completed to satisfaction* Coordinate all arrangements and notifications, acquire proper authorizations, and collect COI {certificates of insurance} as necessary* Work with manager to address tenant needs – special needs are worked through effectively* Assist the team with updating and implementing new property on-boarding* Associate’s/bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience preferred* 2+ years commercial real estate or property team experience preferred* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint* Adaptability – ability and willingness to learn new software applications* Ability to multi-task and work on a variety of different projects/tasks at once* Outstanding organizational and project management skills* Team-oriented; works well with others in a cross-functional way to get the job done* Comprehensive and competitive benefits plan* Join an industry leader and shape the future of commercial real estate* Deep investment in cutting-edge technology to power your workAt JLL, we give you the opportunity, knowledge and tools to own your success, because we value what makes each of us unique.
