Provides independent pricing for all phases of the proposal process from proposal strategy through negotiations. May perform one or more of the following duties: Develop both sanitized and un-sanitized pricing volumes of proposals to include the required text description of the buildup of the pricing, as well as building supporting Excel Spreadsheets in the format required by the Government/Prime Coordinate accumulation of data from various program and functional areas, subcontractors, and vendors Validate accuracy of accumulated data and compliance with the cost element of the FAR and the RFP Identify potential financial risks associated with the pricing strategy May supervise the work of lower level employees Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
