Posting Type Hybrid Job Overview The Senior Manager of Commercialization will be responsible for developing and refining the commercialization strategy for Relativity's growing portfolio of products. This role involves managing a small team of analyst(s), leading cross-functional groups including product marketing, product management, finance, and operations to develop business cases and recommendations, and working closely with the executive team to facilitate decision-making on impactful product and packaging initiatives. Job Description and Requirements Long-Term Strategy and Roadmap:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive long-term commercialization strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends. Continuously evaluate and adjust the strategy based on market dynamics, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape. Create and maintain a roadmap outlining strategic direction, milestones, and growth initiatives. Strategic Decision Making:

Collaborate with product marketing, management, and finance teams to drive strategic decisions for products and the platform. Ensure product pricing strategies align with business objectives, market trends, and portfolio strategies. Assess product performance, market opportunities, and financial results to inform pricing and packaging decisions. Competitive Positioning:

Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, including pricing and packaging strategies of key competitors. Represent Relativity's positioning to inform GTM and product strategy. Develop and implement strategies to enhance market positioning and revenue growth. Cross-Functional Execution and Enablement:

Partner with operational teams to execute strategies effectively. Ensure field teams understand the strategies and have the tools and messaging to communicate with customers. Your Skills Understanding of the e-Discovery industry Strong analytical and communication skills Leadership experience managing teams 5+ years in product marketing or pricing at a SaaS company Ability to work cross-functionally and with executive leadership Experience in strategy consulting #LI-LB1 Relativity is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This position offers total compensation including a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and long-term incentives. The salary range is between $155,000 and $233,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. The final salary will consider internal pay equity and other factors, with the top end of the range being less typical to allow for future salary growth.
