Job Overview
The Senior Manager of Commercialization will be responsible for developing and refining the commercialization strategy for Relativity's growing portfolio of products. This role involves managing a small team of analysts, leading cross-functional groups including product marketing, product management, finance, and operations to develop business cases and recommendations, and interfacing closely with the executive team to facilitate decision-making on impactful product and packaging initiatives.

Long-Term Strategy and Roadmap
Develop and maintain a comprehensive long-term commercialization strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends. Regularly evaluate and adjust the strategy based on market dynamics, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape. Create and maintain a strategic roadmap outlining key milestones and growth initiatives. Strategic Decision Making
Collaborate with product marketing, management, and finance teams to drive strategic decisions for products and the platform. Align product pricing strategies with business objectives, market trends, and portfolio strategies. Assess product performance, market opportunities, and financial results to inform pricing and packaging strategies. Competitive Positioning
Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, including pricing and packaging strategies of competitors. Represent Relativity's positioning to inform GTM and product strategies. Develop strategies to enhance market positioning and revenue growth. Cross-Functional Execution and Enablement
Partner with operational teams to execute commercialization strategies effectively. Ensure field teams understand and can communicate the strategies to customers. Your Skills
Understanding of the e-Discovery industry Strong analytical and communication skills Leadership experience managing teams 5+ years in product marketing or pricing roles within SaaS companies Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and with executive leadership Experience in strategy consulting #LI-LB1 Relativity is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This position offers a total compensation package including a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and long-term incentives. The salary range for this role is between $155,000 and $233,000, with the final offer depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Salary offers at the top of the range are less common to allow for future growth.
