We are seeking a Financial Representative to join our team in Columbus. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and are committed to delivering exceptional client service. You will play a key role in supporting field-facing counterparts, processing financial requests, and ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures. Hours: Full-time, 8-hour shift within 8 AM – 6 PM Base pay range $22.22/yr - $22.91/yr Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class customer service in all client and field interactions Handle inbound requests in a fast-paced environment Troubleshoot mutual fund order entry and trade adjustment inquiries Assist the field with mutual fund journal requests Support with new account openings, broker-dealer changes, and rollover requests by providing proper documentation Collaborate effectively in a high-activity team environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education/experience Prior financial services experience required; mutual fund experience strongly preferred Inbound call experience required Strong interpersonal and client service skills with excellent written and verbal communication Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to research, resolve, and escalate service inquiries as needed Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated and adaptable to a high-volume, team-oriented environment Employment type
